Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were large and comfortable, although cleanliness could have been better. The spa area was super nice and well-maintained. The service was top-notch, friendly, and accommodating. The location was fabulous, close to a wedding I was attending in Buena Vista. The dining options were fine, with generous portions but not the tastiest. Overall, a great experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel definitely needs more attention and cleaning in the rooms, but it does have an outside patio with table and chairs. Although my check-in was over an hour late and the room was not quite ready, the staff was very courteous. The service overall was beyond helpful and approachable and informative. The location is huge, offering a variety of options, aside from the one I chose. The dining experience in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was delicious.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The kids loved the direct access to the creek, and the outside view was amazing. However, the service was a bit delayed but eventually took good care of us. The location was stunning with beautiful scenery and comfortable cabins. The dining experience was average, and the lodge had lovely facilities.
